The Committee to Protect Journalists in collaboration with the Thomson Reuters Foundation's TrustLaw is developing a legal guide for Indian journalists. Drawn up by law firm Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, the handbook will offer an easy reference for journalists on their legal rights and possible remedies when faced with legal challenges in India. The guide will be available in English and other Indian languages.
