Disha Shetty is an independent science journalist who writes mainly on climate change, public health and women's issues. In a career spanning over a decade now, she has worked in television, digital and print media companies in reporting and editing roles. She is the winner of ICFJ's 2018 Global Health Reporting Contest, and was a 2019 RAF fellow to the UN where she covered the UN General Assembly with a focus on climate change. Shetty holds a masters in Science, Environment and Medicine Journalism from Columbia University.
